Having grown up in Turkey, after completing a university degree (Master's) in International Relations and Political Science, I initially trained as a journalist. Since 2004, I have worked at NaturMed Kusadasi, NaturMed Bad Endbach, and NaturMed Badenweiler as a health consultant, fasting guide, and managing director. For the past 20 years, I have been intensively involved with holistic medicine, naturopathy, fasting, Ayurveda, yoga, Pilates, and nutrition, which I have further developed through several training courses.

This also led to the "Book on Detoxification" (Turkish original title Arinma Kitabi), which I co-authored together with my father, Dr. Yasar Yilmaz (1st edition 2012, 2nd edition 2017).
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, especially in the forest, and playing classical guitar. A holistic and healthy lifestyle for body, mind, and soul is also very important to me personally.
Together with our NaturMed team, we look forward to sharing our experiences and offering our guests a break from everyday life that also benefits their physical and mental health.

My philosophy
I want to offer you a space where you feel valued, find physical relief and can draw new strength from the peace and vitality of nature.
What you can expect from me:
• Nature-based yoga: Holistic exercises (Hatha & Lu Jong) for body and mind.
These exercises are deeply connected to the forces of nature and help us to connect with our inner selves.
To harmoniously combine elements with the natural environment.
• Empathetic fasting support: My goal is to meet you where you are right now.

• Eventful hikes: Immersing ourselves together in the healing nature of the Black Forest.
